Firearms Training Director Pete Soulis
Corporal Tony Follen has been a Law Enforcement Officer since 1984; he has been an officer with the Minnesota State Patrol since 1985. His area of extensive expertise includes;
firearms, combative skills, SWAT/tactical unit operation and command, use of force, and reality based training. Cpl. Follen has been a member of the State of Minnesota’s Special Response Team (SRT) since 1991 and Assistant Team Leader since 1998. He also serves as an active police officer with the Metro Transit Police Department. Cpl. Follen is involved with pre-service and in-service training of a 600 officer Department as well as the development and implementation of new training programs for the Minnesota State Patrol.
