200 Texas Officers Attend Law Enforcement Active Diffusion Strategies Training

Congratulations to the 200 Texas officers who successfully completed the L.E.A.D.S. – Law Enforcement Active Diffusion Strategies class presented by Lt. Kevin Dillon (ret) the week of March 20 – 24, 2017, hosted by the Weatherford TX PD and Weatherford College. Texas officers from Weatherford PD, Weatherford College PD, Ft Worth PD, Rhome PD, Parker County Sheriffs, Hudson Oaks and Mineral Wells PD attended. The course was delivered to approximately 50 officers per day in a 8 hour format to cover over 200 officers for the week. The program was extremely well received by the attending officers.

We conducted a nationwide search to determine the best and most suitable De-escalation Training out there.  Lt. Dillon’s L.E.A.D.S. Law Enforcement Active Diffusion Strategies class was exactly what we were looking for and it exceeded everyone’s expectations.   The skills taught in his course are tactically sound and can be practically applied to any situation officers may face on the street today.
