Congratulations to the 18 officers who recently completed the L.O.C.K.U.P. ® Police Combat Arrest and Control Instructor Training. This intensive course held February 10 – 14, 2014  was hosted by the St Louis County and Municipal Police Academy, St Louis Missouri.
