These officers are now qualified to return to their agencies and conduct professional develop training in the areas of Handcuffing, O.C. Spray and Police Baton.
SPECIAL THANK YOU to Lt. Eduardo Quijano of the Department of Corrections who greatly assisted in facilitating this course.

This is what the students had to say!

The presentation was of great quality, seeing the movements applied in real time really helped.

Actually seeing “KD” Lieutenant Kevin Dillon use the techniques is the best way to remember the movements.
Excellent presentation!! “KD” Lieutenant Kevin Dillon is clearly passionate about what he is teaching. I hope to breathe a breath of fresh air of info to my Department pertaining to use of force training.

Excellent combination of classroom and hands-on training time.

(Instructors) All motivated, knowledgeable and respectful. Each ensure to take time for teaching a topic to the point of students understand and demonstrate proficiency.

PowerPoint were clear, concise and relevant to prepare for practical exercises

High quality L.O.C.K.U.P.® program! PowerPoint were concise and relevant. Large sticky notes posted around the gym by Lieutenant Kevin Dillon with important points and cheat notes were awesome.

Well prepared and organized.

The presentations are clear and precise. All the techniques can be modified to fit corrections.

Top notch instruction and instructors. All law enforcement officers should be mandated to take this training. it was an honor to be trained by such a skilled group of instructors.

The intensity of the instructor drove home techniques and skills. Performing in front of the peers made skills retention vital.

This is a must have for all officers, so much more than using tools . Exceeded all expectations and an eye opener to what is not being taught elsewhere.

Clear experts and professionals in the art of police combat. Patient and friendly staff with real world experience.

I feel more confident with my equipment and gave me a wakeup call I needed.

The instructors were fun and knowledgeable. Made it very simple to learn.

Enjoy the amount of material that was presented.

Having the classroom portion really gave good points for teaching in the future. Excellent, great material.,

One of the best trainings for this subject matter I have attended. I will 100% be able to take what I learn from “KD” and show it to the new recruits.

Way above average and it is good to see the transition of training from years ago to now.

Information in preparation for the job.

Everyone should have this training given the current law enforcement environment.

Freaking awesome!

First rate!

Assisted with understanding the use of force scenarios for future potential situations.

I have underutilized a baton while on patrol but now after taking this class I realize the importance of the tool.

Every officer needs this!

100% of attending officers  stated that they would recommend  this to their peers.”
