He has appeared on CNN, NPR, Police Magazine.com and is a Police Academy Expert and      Contributor for PoliceOne.com . Lt. Dillon will discuss current issues and how to use Strategies and Tactics for law enforcement violent engagements.       Recent research and incidents will be discussed and how to apply the science and  research to enhance street tactics.
