Please assess the quality of the presentation.

Instructions were given well.  We were kept on track in order to accomplish the most.Amazing, very well put together.
Very interactive style of presenting, kept me engaged.
(Lt. Weinbeck) Toni gave a lot of quality videos and aids to make what she was teaching realistic and relevant.
(Lt. Weinbeck) Toni is a very knowledgeable instructor.  Answered all questions.
Excellent, informative, great makes a presentation with practical exercise.
Very well presented, not boring at all even with power points.  But wish there were more “dudes” of larger stature to throw around so I know what works.

Please assess the instructor in this program. ( Lt. Toni Weinbeck)

( Lt. Toni Weinbeck) was easy to follow and shows a lot of passion for what she teaches.  Her scenarioa and real life experiences made the training easy to apply to the streets.

Very open and upfront with your instruction.  Correcting us to learn the most correctly. Making it real world for our environment.
Yes, all training is beneficial.  I like how she made sure to comment on the importance of continual training.
( Lt. Toni Weinbeck)  made the program fun, she was a able to make a learning easier with the way she instructs.
She knows her **** would be glad to have her back me up.
Most energy from any instructor I have ever seen.  Keeps everyone engaged in on topic.  Excellent presentation skills, well versed knowledgeable.  Awesome!

This two day course is designed  to address violent encounters dealing with suspects of larger stature. When attempting control larger suspects, size and strength differentials  necessitate combat strategies less reliant on pure upper body strength. The concepts and techniques can be utilized by any officer addressing a larger suspect. The days are hands-on and mentally challenging. Officers train and drill wearing vest, gun belt and gear because anything else makes no sense.
