What the attending students had to say:
This training will open your mind.
I look forward to utilizing many of the de-escalations techniques I learned.
Great course, highly recommended from co-workers.
Scientific information presented was in a practical and applicable manner.
Effective for not only work, but also with every other aspects of relationships.
This material is an excellent re-boot  of the way you think and interpret what you do on a daily basis.
Best course I have taken in years.
I honestly believe that this course NEEDS to be provided to new recruits at the academy. Although incredibly beneficial at all stages of an officers career providing it during initial police training could alleviate many of the problems we saw in the class videos.
Great program, you information is spot on.
This will definitely be used in our department.
As a defensive tactics and use of force instructor this information will be very useful.
Presentation did help me understand the way we process information and also reminded me to slow down when on the street making decisions.
This course is more than just de-escalation.
I believe this training provided me with solid tactics to de-escalate high tension interactions.
