- Only this is a few more water breaks during training on the mat.
- I appreciate that (Lieutenant Dillon) was actually doing all the skills for us and with us instead of just standing and telling us what to do. I enjoyed real life examples in the videos were useful
- Size differentials is a good point to go over
- More videos of the moves being used in the field to reinforce the practicality of moves when explaining it to officers who don’t have buy into the system.
- Keep the outdoor portion at all costs that was great training.
- Great class
- Great material to apply to real-life situations on patrol. Great environmental training to train or how you work in the elements.
