Congratulations to the new graduates of the L.O.C.K.U.P. ® Arrest and Control Instructor program held at the St. Louis County and Municipal Police Academy. Officers from throughout Missouri and Illinois attended and actively participated in this physically intensive five-day program. These qualified L.O.C.K.U.P. Instructors will return to their agencies and provide L.O.C.K.U.P. Arrest and Control training to members of their organizations.

An intensive 5-day nationally recognized training program on L.O.C.K.U.P.® Police Arrest and Control  Instructor Course. This course provides in-depth use of force – arrest and control training.  This training program develops a solid foundation of de-escalation tactics and physical manipulation techniques with instructional methods that will certify the student as a  L.O.C.K.U.P. ® Arrest and Control Instructor. The empty-hand skills can be relied upon by individual officers or deployed as teams.  This system is a complete arrest and control program that fully integrates all weapons systems of law enforcement.
