Instructors
Ofc. Percy Smith – 18 year law enforcement officer in RI. BJJ Black Belt, All American College Wrestler, won several titles in MMA and grappling competitions. Master L.O.C.K.U.P.® Instructor, 18 years of training law enforcement. Percy also holds the rank of black belt in Kenpo and Jiu-Jitsu.

Lt. Bryan Palagi is 10 year law enforcement professional in officer in RI. Use of force instructor with extensive train-ing developing curriculum for the State of RI with extensive experience in Judo, Kickboxing, Master LOCKUP Instructor and BJJ black belt.
