Lt. Dillon is a 26 year veteran law enforcement officer, SWAT Commander, internationally recognized combatives instructor and speaker. He is the founder and developer of the L.O.C.K.U.P. ® Police Combat System now presently instructed in over 15 states and 5 countries. He has appeared on CNN, NPR, Police Magazine.com and is a Police Academy Expert and Contributor for PoliceOne.com . Lt. Dillon will open the presentation with the Strategies and Tactics for law enforcement violent engagements. Recent research and incidents will be discussed and how to apply the science and research to enhance street tactics.
