I attended L.E.A.D.S +T and Police Use of Force for Executives-Command Staff and Trainers in September 2015. I initially expected the usual “Death by Power Point”, I could not have been more wrong! What I got was an energetic, motivated and highly skilled instructor at the top of his game. Lt. K.D. Dillon just “knows Cops”! From the presentation to the course content to the instructor knowledge, there were no weak points. Take these courses, take as many as possible. I have been training Law Enforcement and Military personnel for almost thirty (30) years and as you can imagine attending courses for just as long. Police Combat and Lt. Dillon are in the Top Tier”.
