In all honesty, when I read “diffusion strategies” in the email, I immediately passed a not very rosy judgment as to what the contents of the training would be. In my opinion, the L.E.A.D.S. course is the best communications course available.  KD is a dynamic and entertaining instructor, and his experience and depth of knowledge is second to none.  The course breaks down and explains the very complex psychological and physiological processes that occur during volatile incidents into easily understandable concepts and tactics.  This understanding allows the end user to actually apply diffusion strategies and communication tactics in the field.  I definitely recommend this class and I believe that it will benefit your agency and your officers.  Please contact me anytime if you need any additional information.

I have never seen a group of more knowledgeable and positive instructors. I truly feel LOCKUP has been a great partner in our combined success.  LOCKUP has taken my Security department to the next level in keeping my officers, employees and guest of the hospital safe.  We have been using LOCKUP for seven years with great success and fulfill our duty to keep our facility safe from work place violence.

The Soulis Shooting System is in a league of its own. In my 18 plus years as a law enforcement professional I have never taken a course as eye opening as this. Pete Soulis is a dedicated trainer, whose passion for training peace officers is evident throughout the course. Anyone who is serious about preparing for a deadly force encounter should take this course, it course will humble you and advance your shooting skills, no matter what your current skill level is.

Hands down one of the best if not THE best Police Combative Instructor in the industry. I've been around the industry for quite some time and currently have opened my own Police Combative's and am very impressed with LOCKUP and the principle under which it engages muscle memory. The training and scenarios are realistic. When involved in a critical incident and the pre-frontal cortex part of the brain shuts down; L.O.C.K.U.P. training is there to enhance your survival mechanism. Further Lt. Dillon is an informative and impressive presenter.

The training conducted by Lt.“K.D.” Dillon will inform and motivate the student. I cannot over emphasize the way he works on developing the mind, body and WARRIOR SPIRIT of the student, like no one else and nothing else that I know of. Lt. Dillon was on the board of advisors for my book, On Combat, and I have been a fan of his work for years. He is funny, entertaining, and incredibly informative, another Gordon Graham. Honest. As the Manager of Employee Development here at the Department of Corrections, I frequently receive for calls requesting information regarding CT/SD. Having attended the training I can attest to the breadth and excellence of the L.O.C.K.U.P. ® instructors and the program they are using to conduct the training.
